POLICY ANALYSIS
LEC can support your organisation to define key policy focus areas and develop strategic approaches for efficient and effective success in achieving systemic change.
QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
LEC will work with you to design and deliver research projects. We get excited about working on research where evidence is being built to contribute to program design, funding pitches in support of expansion, or to feed into systemic change agendas.

TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING
Within Laura’s areas of subject-matter expertise LEC can design and deliver targeted training programs to build team and organisational capacity, support or lead on the drafting of program guidelines for best practice and translate this into policy and procedure for everyday operations.
GROUP, INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATIONAL SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISION
As a social worker with over a decade of experience in both direct and indirect practice, LEC's Principal Consultant, Laura also offers group, individual or organisational social work supervision.
Laura utilises the Australian Association of Social Work Supervision Framework which prioritises education, support and accountability as core functions of supervision.
Laura sees supervision as a critical component of self-care and a personal responsibility for practice committed to professional growth. Laura is particularly passionate and skilled at supporting social workers through organisational change and career transitions.
Laura will tailor supervision following a complimentary exploratory call and will continue to adapt supervision based on individual goals and intentions.

Supervision can be delivered face to face in your workplace across Sydney, NSW and surrounds -- in consulting rooms in Leichhardt or Camden, NSW or online anywhere in Australia.
